Our Board Members

Jami Blake serves as President of Morristown Meals on Wheels, where she is dedicated to ensuring that seniors and other neighbors in need receive not only nutritious meals, but also meaningful connection, compassion, and dignity. She is passionate about building strong community partnerships, engaging volunteers, and expanding the organization’s impact through collaboration and service.

Professionally, Jami brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in organizational development, learning, customer experience, and leadership consulting. She has held executive leadership roles with global organizations and now works as a leadership consultant, helping organizations strengthen their people, culture, and performance.

A lifelong believer in the power of serving others, Jami is committed to creating communities where people feel seen, valued, and supported. She believes that small acts of kindness can make a profound difference in someone’s life and is honored to lead an organization that delivers both nourishment and hope to those it serves.

Lisa Lisman, Vice President

Lisa Lisman, Vice President

Lisa Lisman joined Morristown Meals on Wheels in January 2023 as the Client and Driver Coordinator. She became the VP on Board of Directors in April 2023 where she leads operational transformation & implementing process improvements. Lisa has a corporate finance background, working for 16 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers and recently spent 1 year at Merck & Co, Inc. Throughout her time in corporate, she focused on process, risk and controls as well as governance management and process improvement. Lisa brings these skills with her to Morristown Meals on Wheels to provide efficiencies in current-day processes and strategic vision for the future of this great organization.

When not volunteering with Morristown Meals on Wheels, Lisa spends time with her husband and two daughters, who live locally in Morris Plains. Lisa is a dedicated member of the community and the Morris Plains school district. She can also be found on the pickleball courts!

Dragana Trivic, Treasurer

Dragana Trivic, Treasurer

Dragana joined the Board of Directors of Morristown Meals on Wheels in January 2024 as the Treasurer. Dragana has a Bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics as well as a MBA degree from Seton Hall University. Her analytical background and passion for telling stories through numbers has helped shape her 18+ year career in corporate analytical roles at both Toys R Us and most recently Tiffany & Co. She is excited to join the Meals on Wheels team and contribute to its mission and community. 

Outside of her corporate career, Dragana is a tennis coach at Morristown Beard HS and Centercourt, a math tutor, and a musician. She lives in Morris Plains and enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews who affectionately call her auntie Gaga. 

Marcelle Jones Karosen joined Morristown Meals on Wheels in 2020 first as a volunteer, and then as a Board Member.  Marcelle holds a Master’s degree and doctoral work in Clinical Psychology and has over a decade of experience working in mental health non-profit organizations.  Marcelle has worked in a variety of settings during her work in foster care outreach, after-school programming, neuropsychiatric assessment, trauma response, crisis training for schools and emergency psychiatric stabilization.  She brings a genuine passion for helping others and bringing communities together, to the Morristown Meals on Wheels Board.

Currently Marcelle is a devoted mother, pet owner and Director of Community Outreach for FC Motown Men’s Semi-pro Soccer Club in Morristown, NJ.  In her downtime she can be found in her garden or art studio.

Stephanie LoCicero joined Morristown Meals on Wheels in 2018 as a volunteer delivering meals each week, and then as a Board Member. Stephanie holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and has a 25-year career in Marketing, with experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.  She has broad marketing expertise, including digital, design, content creation & management, branding and demand generation.

A long-time resident of the Morristown area, Stephanie is a proud Mom to her 2 adult children, and when not working on her latest digital business, can be found hiking the parks with her dog, reading & visiting family and friends across the country.
