Morristown Meals on Wheels collects the following types of information; phone
number, email address, mailing address, dietary specifications (for our clients).

How do we collect it?
Common ways we collect customer information include a form on our website, by
email, or by phone.

Why do we need this information and how do we use it?
Phone numbers are used to contact our customers/volunteers in case of
emergency or scheduling. E-mail is used to correspond on volunteer
opportunities or to register a new client. Mailing Address is used to ensure we
have the location for meal delivery. Dietary information is used to ensure all
clients receive the meals tailored to their dietary restrictions & preferences.

Do we share your customers’ information with anyone? If so, who do we share
with and for what purpose?

Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We share names, mailing address & dietary information with Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, who is responsible for preparing the food for each individual. We share names, mailing address & dietary information with our volunteer drivers, who are responsible for delivering the food to each individual. All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.


How can customers opt out of communications with us? Anyone who emails or texts with us can opt out texting/replying STOP,
UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT; and by responding as such to our emails, etc.


How can customers get more information about your privacy practices or request
changes to their information?
Any additional information can be requested through our contact form on our website or by calling our phone number listed on our website.
